Positive: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and tried to be very accommodating. We especially appreciated Shilan, Kadir, Mehmet and Ahmet. Very friendly staff and helpful

Negative: The Internet was slow and glitchy and the room was too warm. There is no way to turn on AC if the facilities system is on heat.
