Summary: Cute, well maintained hotel. The shower leaked because the door doest seal properly, so we spent a bit of time cleaning water off the floor the first night. But the location was excellent, staff was friendly, and room was comfortable. The only odd thing is that the room key comes attached to a giant weight, so you have you give your key back every time you leave and pick it up from the front desk when you return. Very strange. Otherwise, would recommend.

Summary: Lovely hotel and staff in amazing location! My only "complaint" would be it should not advertise as having parking. There is not a valet service and they merely directed us to paid city parking about 5 mins away. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

Summary: Room was fine. No ac turned on in our room and safe did not work. Some of the staff were very accommodating and some just average. Great location. Bar at night was very nice and friendly. Breakfast more expensive than other places we've stayed in Austria. Overall authentic vibe and fine for 2 nights

Summary: We had a nice spacious room and the layout of the hotel was unique. The location was great with lots of shops and landmarks within walking distance. One minor issue was with the shower but we were told they were already working on it.
