Summary: Lovely hotel and staff in amazing location! My only "complaint" would be it should not advertise as having parking. There is not a valet service and they merely directed us to paid city parking about 5 mins away. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

Summary: Room was fine. No ac turned on in our room and safe did not work. Some of the staff were very accommodating and some just average. Great location. Bar at night was very nice and friendly. Breakfast more expensive than other places we've stayed in Austria. Overall authentic vibe and fine for 2 nights

Summary: Beautiful and charming heritage building. This does mean winding passages, stairs, and limitations in what can be done with rooms and bathrooms without destroying the character of the hotel. To me isn’t a downside but to some it might be. Great Location moments away from most major sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: The location of the hotel was perfect for me. Breakfast was great and the selection on off should suit all tastes. My room was spotless and serviced daily. The staff whether in the restaurant or at reception were all extremely polite and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more to make my stay better. Well done!
