Positive: We visited Radicondoli to attend a wedding at a nearby venue. The Radicondoli House apartment is located in a central position within a gorgeous Tuscan village. Our host (Giovanna) could not have done more for us, she responded instantly to any questions we had. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed and more, included fans which were essential as it was incredibly hot when we visited. The village has two exceptional restaurants within walking distance, La Pergola in particular has magnificent sun set views over the Tuscan hills. Car parking was very easy and free throughout our stay. We cannot rate Radicondoli house highly enough and would love to stay again on any future visit to the area.

Negative: No negatives whatsoever.

Summary: Delightful apartment in a stunning Tuscan village with absolutely fantastic host.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Radicondoli House: the space is fresh, clean, and stylish and there is plenty of space available. We loved the view from the living room of the square in particular. Parking nearby was easy; you can even see the free parking from the bedroom window if you want to keep an eye on your car during your stay. We made use of the kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher and good-quality cooking equipment.

Positive: The property was very charming with original features. It is very large with nice views in a prime location. It was cosy and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: No air con but fans provided. It was also a little noisy externally in the morning and evening but quiet at bedtime. The bell tower is located right next door. If you want to be in the heart of local ambience, this will suit you to a tee.

Positive: Excellent location in the heart of the village nearby restaurants- there is a coop (small grocery store) limited items - bakery at bottom of the street - lovely host- comfy bed- it was really hot whilst we were there no air conditioning but there is a fan which helped

Positive: The apartment was SO clean and tidy when we arrived. I loved that we had two full bathrooms to use. Having a full kitchen & washing machine was nice. The host Giovanna was SO kind and gracious and friendly, we loved her. The apartment has a lot of modern features that you can tell are pretty new / newly renovated which is nice. Both showers were fabulous. The bed was comfortable. There’s a free parking lot around the corner from the apartment which was perfect for our rental car. This property is very conveniently located to La Villa Bolli (the venue for the wedding we are in town for) - only an 8min drive.

Negative: The Wifi was not working. While we knew there wasn’t going to be air conditioning, we thought we would at least have some fans but there were none so it was incredibly hot in July. There are no screens on the windows, so when we tried to leave the windows open to cool off, bugs came inside. There are four restaurants in the village, but only one was open while we were there Monday-Wednesday - not the host’s fault, just something to keep in mind when you’re booking knowing that this is a very remote area with not much nearby.

Summary: Cute little spot conveniently located near the wedding venue.
