Positive: I had such a wonderful breakfast experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. Everything was well prepared, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast. I will certainly be coming back! ❤️
Negative: They gave us a room with no running water we reported that okey we were moved from that one to other then again we face the problem of cold water in the bathroom and we did report well they fixed that nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. The overall experience was good, and the resort itself was lovely. However, one area that could be improved is the road leading to the resort. The road needs some maintenance, as it can be difficult to access, especially for visitors who are not familiar with the area.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the resort.

Positive: I love how comfortable the bed was, and the cleanliness of the room and the amazing staff
Negative: There are currently roadworks, and the signage is not adequate so it is easy to miss the right turn to the establishment.

Positive: The property is in a developing area, in future it will fit in properly with development. The staff is great, and can clean well and are friendly
Negative: Property showers heads are old, water consistency is bad during shower. Rooms you book online is not what you think it is, was put in a room without ceiling in a thatch roof, which I complained and was moved. It looks like owner is used to this to check if you know things. Breakfast is pre-cooked - bad idea, consider preparing breakfast individually as per person preference. Ask clients about their dietary or remove breakfast completely. Beds are like boats, please pay attention to your investments as an owner. Your staff is not well trained but they do their best and they can’t be blamed for anything. Please focus on the small things that travellers think of when they leave their homes.Good shower, warm room, smart tv for people to login with their own Netflix, Dstv etc account. Aircon that works makes a huge difference.
