Positive: The host was very friendly — she waited for us on arrival and personally showed us around the apartment. We also had a private parking spot; it wasn’t directly next to the apartment, but only about a 5‑minute walk away. The apartment itself is small but charming and has everything you need. It’s located near the old town of Rab, so everything is close by — restaurants, bars, beaches, and lovely spots for walking, sightseeing, or just grabbing an ice cream. A really nice touch was the Rakija, chocolates, and cold water waiting for us in the apartment, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay if you want to be close to everything, though I would say the price feels a bit high for what it offers.

Negative: The apartment’s insulation was quite poor — in the mornings, I could clearly hear other guests shouting, banging, and walking around. This was the only downside of my stay. I would also say that the price is a bit too high for such a small apartment, especially considering the lack of a view and the poor sound insulation.

Positive: Great location, interior design, comfortable bed, friendly owner of the property with a small taken of welcome for me and my friend. And airo! Nothing without it as it was very hot!

Negative: Bathroom was a bit too small for comfortable use of the shower and other bathroom stuff. Car parking is also a bit further (300 m), but I do not see that as a big problem

Positive: Flat has everything you need and more. Location is fantastic, parking spot is a big plus. Very comfy!

Negative: Poor isolation between floor, few times we could hear noise for flat upstairs.
