Positive: Location, size and familiarity. Oh and a great kitchen garden.

Negative: There were only a few niggles:- Room TV, despite staff attempts, did not work. I am sure this would have been mentioned before, but it took an age for the water to empty from the wash basin, and lastly there is nowhere to park your hand towel whilst in use. The tiny shelf above the toilet was the only place, with the potential for a disaster if the lid was open.

Summary: A very enjoyable quiet relaxing stay. In fact so quiet I thought the island road system was one way!

Positive: Superb location ( short walk from ferry), incredible views to Skye, good food, friendly staff. SO peaceful and an escape from the madness of Skye. Next door to Raasay distillery which has bar/rest and great food.

Negative: Room is boiling - why is the heating even on? The plug in the sink doesnt work and theres no power cord for the tv (room20).

Summary: An absolute treasure, stunning place and view.

Positive: From the moment we arrived at rassay house. The warm family welcome from fraya.fin .Alice. and the wonderful lady of the house Lyn. Made me and my dad feel right at home. Great rooms Great breakfast . And 2 minutes walk to the rassay distillery . With options of tours and dinner reservations at the distillery from rassay house we were well looked after and will definitely be visiting again to experience the activities that are available boat rides kayaking and more water activities.

Negative: Honestly have no dis likes of my stay at rassay house.

Positive: Lovely friendly community run house. Gorgeous open fires, very welcoming lots of bonuses, wine and chocolate. Great distillery Tour included. Fantastic lower mobility ground floor room with wet room, handheld and rain shower. Shame it was the last day of the season, could have stayed for longer.

Negative: Shame they cant open all year.

Positive: Loved the location, the room and the friendly greeting we recieved upon arrival. Very happy that the hotel was dog friendly. Excellent tour around the distillery included.

Negative: The only very small thing was that we found some confectionery underneath the bed that the cleaners had missed. Otherwise, there was nothing not to like! It was fantastic.

Summary: Fabulous. Cannot wait to return.
