Positive: Extremely clean and lovely apartment. Generous supplies of fresh juice, jams, milk, teas, coffee pods and bread on arrival

Negative: Just slightly too far out of Portree to walk easily although there is a lovely walk to the left of property, down through the fields and follow path around to the Portree harbour.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. A few more suggestions of hikes/ walks in the neighborhood would be really helpful to make

Positive: This apartment and the host Alasdair are truly remarkable. It's a new extension to the host's home, decorated tastefully in a way you would expect in someone's own home, rather than a B&B. A nice touch was the decanter of Scotch and 2 crystal glasses in each bedroom. A highlight for my daughter was the paddock nearby with Heilan coos (Highland cows) that came to the fence to say hello. When we were unable to find a taxi to take us into Portree for my special dinner (70th birthday), Alasdair kindly gave us a lift both ways - at no charge! You will not be disappointed if you stay.

Positive: Quiet location outside of Portree, but not too far. The property had tasteful, quality inclusions. The host was helpful and accommodating. Nice extra touches with fresh bread and milk provided, well stocked breakfast cereals, and tea/coffee. Would stay again.

Positive: Everything was perfect, and we loved our two-night stay. Many thoughtful touches made our experience even better, like the whiskey, the delicious breakfast, and so much more. The place is beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy — you'll feel right at home.

Positive: We were delighted with our host and the accommodation! We had everything catered for us and more!! Free nip of whisky so my husband was over the moon!! Highly recommended

Negative: If I had to look for something but this is only my preference!! I like to chill in the evening in front of the television, and the they were in the bedrooms. But again there was plenty games in the cupboard for us to play!! So again probably a good thing a break from the evening television ha
