This charming beach house, literally on the dune at Wooli, has been in the same family since the 1920s. The original beach cottage, now one of four bedrooms, leads to a private
courtyard and BBQ area. The beach is directly in front. The modern main house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, tastefully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom, and a
spacious living area. An open-plan kitchen/dining area flows into an outdoor entertaining space.
The beautifully created garden, walkway, and outdoor shower area enhance the property. It is a short walk to the river, dive centre, cafe, and Bowling Club, with courtesy bus
services from the Wooli Hotel and Wooli Bowls Club.

Summary: From the moment we walked into the property we found it was clean, comfortable, well maintained & decored inside & out ( gardens were beautiful) with everything you need from comfy beds to the outdoor entertaining area which we found made our stay feel like home which is a credit to the owners. The Location in Wooli was absolutely amazing, close to everything, mostly walking distance which is fantastic & right on the beach which we absolutely loved & enjoyed. My family including our furbaby had a most amazing relaxed holiday with many memories made. Thank you from the Noyce family.
