Positive: morning view was excellent, owner was helpful, didn't ask for payment unless we made the payment, room were comfortable, felt like being at home, no unwanted fancy stuff, had exactly what is required. location is accessible near to the main market. owner makes sure he personally manages the guest, more over value for money. we went in summer air-conditioning was excellent.

Summary: pleasant, value for money, clean bed sheets an towels, accessible. basic needs are well managed.
