Positive: LOCATION: Plenty of shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with the beach also being very close, the area looks a bit run down but it is very safe so don't hesitate to walk around even at night. I hired a scooter on my trip which is very easy to do either independently or through the residence, which made everything just a short hop away. Free parking is also available. ROOM: The bedding and room amenities were all sufficient and reasonable. I was very impressed with the shower and bathroom facilities, having done a lot of travel throughout Asia it felt like luxury here. RESIDENCE: It was very quiet during my stay, I saw very few other guests but even if it was busier I still think the energy and the vibes would be fantastic. I enjoyed how each floor had a small lounge area, which was excellent when I had to check out and wait around two hours before leaving for the airport. Each floor has a balcony overlooking the area as well which I enjoyed, especially for photos or just wanting some fresh air.

Negative: Only thing, and this is not significant at all, is I would've liked a seat and table on the balcony. Having an outdoor spot to sit down and eat some dinner would've been good.
