Summary: Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. It was disappointing to arrive at 11am and have to make up my own bed, and though the hotel was far from full when I arrived, I was given a room which looked out onto a square at the back and had a footpath running along right outside my window. Apartments looking onto the gardens (which I have had in the past) would have been much better. On the day of departure Reception were helpful in looking after my bags until I left St Martin in the afternoon.

Summary: This was our second time to stay here in 4 years. The space and calmness is very appealing. Location is great, with free car parking. The grounds are very well kept and it has the advantage of a small indoor/outdoor swimming pool. We liked our bright and airy apartment but it had a very small cramped balcony compared to others. The main room was spacious, however, the toilet room was very small with difficulty in opening and closing the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of bikes for hire. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay here again. Would recommend.
