Positive: Beautiful place,good location near Efteling Park and Safari Park (about 30 min by car) We have microwave,dishwasher and vacuum cleaner

Negative: Communication with staff was difficult. We booked, expecting a hotel-like service,but no...no towels and hairdryer provided, Problemes with the heating System in location even thought we set it to a temperature overnight it was cold because did not turn on After 11 PM you could no longer enter in location by car

Positive: Very neat holiday park. Great "tiny house". Great to have the kitchen. Pool seems heated. Very laid back atmosphere. Perfect location close to a lake and to s'Hertogenbosch. We had a great time, once we had arrived and picked up our key from the lock box.

Negative: 1. Communication with Staff was cumbersome. We booked, expecting a hotel-like service. Reception closes early. We had paid the full amount on booking.com, but there was some extra for bed linen. With several back and forth (email, phone calls, etc.) we finally figured, that the bed linen charge was not payable on arrival, not on booking, but had to be made upfront using their website. All the time, we were informed that our booking might get canceled. This rather simple context (pay for linen and you're done) was not easily communicated. If you book a lot of time ahead, this might be a non-issue, for us, booking spontaneously, we felt really stressed by the continued: You might not be able to stay here tonight. 2. So many websites that gather one piece of information at a time. The car's plate number. The guests names, birth dates, etc; it might have been 3-4 Emails asking for yet another website form to fill

Positive: This area of the Netherlands is great for a family holiday, near amazing lake beach with water slides and climbing attraction. Really comfy beds in the chalet. Hot tob was big! Bonus sauna (we didn't use).

Negative: No oven, only a microwave/ oven thing that's small for family cooking. No towels provided.

Summary: Great little resort for family break in Netherlands, stunning region.

Positive: Although small, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the toddler pool and playgrounds and were pleasantly surprised that there were clothes washing facilities.

Negative: Communication was poor throughout our stay. Although they send an overwhelming amount of emails, I could never find the information I was looking for. I struggled to get answers to all of my questions and get all the extras added properly to my booking before our arrival. It is not clear that the AC is not in all the units so although listed as an extra, it might not be available. We were able to get a fan from reception, however due to their short office hours (which I could not find online anywhere) we were unable to return the fan and get our deposit back. The email I sent in regards to this has not been responded to. We were also not informed of some construction next door that was blocking us in and thus could not make arrangements ahead of time to move our car.
