A casa é muito sossegada, encontra-se a mobilada e equipada, com jardim, uma piscina e um grande terraço com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o rio!
A casa encontra-se dividida em dois pisos, sendo que a entrada é feita pelo piso de cima onde se encontram os 3 quartos, 2 casas de banho completas, sala principal e uma varanda com vistas para o rio Douro.
No piso de baixo, temos a sala de jantar e de jogo onde também se encontra a cozinha totalmente equipada. Neste piso existe uma terceira casa de banho completa (pode servir de apoio à piscina) e também o acesso ao terraço.
