Summary: We stayed in the Premium Oceanfront Studio with one king bed. The highlight was the incredible location—an oceanfront view with easy beach access. A convenient outdoor faucet near the building made rinsing sand off our feet before entering the room easy. The studio was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and more. The king bed was comfortable, the pull-down blackout shade worked very well, and the table included two built-in USB charging ports. This is a great place for a technology-free getaway. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the signal near the office was weak, but it encourages you to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. The beach is excellent for walking, kiting, and low-wave surfing. Check tide times before heading out. The area is also incredible for stargazing—under Bortle 2 skies, the Milky Way is easily visible to the naked eye. Bring a telescope or blanket and enjoy the night sky. The main drawback is that the property feels dated and needs maintenance. We noticed visible cracks, worn framing, mineral buildup affecting faucets, unevenly hung wall décor, limited heater controls, difficult-to-access outlets near the bed, and thin walls. Overall, the location, ocean views, spacious room, and unique natural surroundings made the stay worthwhile. Guests should expect a rustic, older property rather than a modern resort. Bring sandals for beach walks, watch the tides, and don’t forget stargazing gear!

Summary: The Beach was the best part of our stay. The room was very dirty - our feet were black from the floor, the taps had hard water stains and so on. There was no housekeeping and you have to go get towels etc. The big issue was that there was no WiFi in the lodge despite it being at the outdoor firepits just near the lodge area. The listing did not say WiFi but in these times, it should be called out as not in the units/lodge. This is only an issue because the entire town does not have cell coverage. The restaurant was great but it's closed Tuesday and Wednesday in July! Again the setting is beautiful but the lack of amenities and the low standard of cleanliness, we cannot recommend.

Summary: Room was clean and well stocked. There is no Internet other than right outside the office . Trees/shrubs are blocking the ocean view a bit from the first floor units. Restaurant was closed the day we were there. Check in wasn’t until 4.

Summary: Nice room on the second floor facing the ocean. Great if you really want to get away from it all. No TV or internet in the rooms (internet available in and near the office).

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here. Excellent location, fantastic views of the beach and ocean. Close to forks and Olympic National Park. Convenient with a convenience store, coffee shop, food truck, restaurant all close by. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to stay here again.

Summary: This stay is all about the beautiful beachfront location and peace and quiet of the surrounding nature. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of some minor repairs but did the job of providing a comfortable nights rest. With all the surrounding trails, we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. The balcony was a nice bonus to watch the beach from. The resort is pup friendly and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back for another visit the next time we’re in the PNW!
