Summary: Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week, overall experience of the property was excellent. The property description was accurate and everything met our expectation. Very safe for our 2 and 4 year old, standard baby gates fit the multi level house to prevent little ones falling down the stairs. Highly recommend you visit!

Summary: Very impressed with everything. Close to the beach ( 250 steps), well stocked with kitchen stuff, lots of chairs for the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the garbage collection and a few other things. Definitely would recommend this property.

Summary: We decided a week before Memorial Day weekend that we wanted to go to VA beach and we found this amazing beach house! Brandon was extremely accommodating from the beginning all the way to the end even after check out. The house is in a great location and we would definitely stay here if we come back to VA beach!

Summary: This is a beautiful home, with just a couple minute walk to the beach. The host had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and wagon with oversized wheels. The outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off before heading in after beach time. Also a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen.

Summary: We had an excellent stay. The house is in great condition in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach access. Everything was easy, and Brandon, the owner made sure we were well looked after. The porches on multiple levels make it easy to spread out and enjoy the space as a family. And the house has all the kitchen and beach supplies at the ready that you will need. Our first stay but definitely not our last.
