Beautiful apartment in a quiet area and close to everything.
100 m2, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a beautiful living / dining room whose bay window overlooks the Archaeological Museum, so no opposite.
A beautiful viewpoint, where you can see the sea in the distance, and the Castle of Santa Barbara immediately on the right. It is a lively, popular district where you will find all the small shops necessary for your daily life, as well as some very nice little brasseries and other tapas bars;
- 3 mn walk you have the "Plaza del Mar" Shopping Center, with cinemas, restaurants, shops, and "Al Campo" (Auchan),
- 100 m you have the bus stop C6, which is the direct shuttle with the airport, (same stop for arrival and departure),
- 50 m a taxi station,
- 100 m the metro and the tram which runs along the coast to Dénia, passing by San Juan and its long sandy beaches (15 mn) and the famous Benidorme,
As you walk, you will be 10 minutes from Postiguet beach, 15 minutes from the port and its esplanade, and from the heart of old Alicante, bypassing the Castle on foot you will be 20 minutes from the central market, "Mercado" Or by taking the metro at only one station.

Summary: We love Alicante and Christelle’s apartment was great. So many windows and a balcony with spectacular view. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Mercado and a little more to the beach but very enjoyable. Our apartment was clean and well furnished and Christelle was easy to reach. Any problem was taken care of immediately. Thank you for a wonderful winter.

Summary: This is a fantastic apartment. We stayed for two months and have no complaints. The stairs keep you fit, air conditioning not needed as fans and windows on three sides. Not in the centre of the city, but the bus service is incredibly reliable, frequent and cheap. There is a supermarket and mall nearby. The views from the apartment are great, It is fitted out very well with everything you need. Kitchen is big enough to allow cooking at home as the apartment is lovely to spend the evening in. Cannot recommend this place enough

Summary: Comfortable and spacious apartment. Well equipped with very comfortable (firm) mattress's. Both local bus and tram stops short distance from apartment. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants and shops all easily walkable. Helpful and timely assistance from an always available host. Excellent.

Summary: What a great apartment- very spacious with everything you could need. The beds were very comfy, leaving well rested for exploring. The apartment is in an ideal position for walking out to the beach, the harbour , the old town and accessing the tram to go further a field. Christelle’s communications and directions made everything run smoothly from her precise directions for the bus from the airport to her supportive messages. Thankyou we had a wonderful time and would certainly consider returning to Alicante.

Summary: We loved living in what felt like a local area yet only a 15min walk to the beach/city. The apartment is spacious. Beds comfy. And the view from the balcony is so good you don't want to leave the apartment 😃. Some days, we didn't! The apartment is very bare, no games/dvd player & no smart TV. So if you need entertainment, bring some. Other than that, it is perfect.
