It is on the outskirts of the village of Loupia, a few cables from Limoux that welcome you on the shady terraces of this very pleasant holiday home classified 3*.
The town of Limoux is an excellent place to stay for those who are particularly fond of discoveries, both natural and cultural. On the 1st floor: 1 mezzanine, 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 other kingsize bedroom very spacious with dressing and terrace of 20 m² facing south / west with beautiful view, 1 twin bedroom, 1 independant bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Airconditionning in the 2 queensize bedrooms.
Very beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding countryside.
The owners speak English, German and Spanish.

Summary: Our party included 2 families of 4 and on arrival we met Jean the owner who was extremely helpful from the off! Going over the property for us and recommending places to visit in the local area. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped, the local area is stunning and peaceful. So much to see and the views are beautiful of the surrounding vineyards and hills, The swimming pool was well kept and the kids found it great fun A great family-sized farmhouse, surrounded by gorgeous rolling countryside. Limoux is a very short drive away with a great offering of supermarkets and smaller shops, the town square is great for a meal and drinks. Easy access to so many historic sites - including Carcassonne & Mirepoix. If in the area again would certainly considering staying at this property again
