Positive: Super quiet and cozy. Very well equipped and comfortable bed.

Negative: WiFi info given was not accurate but was able to figure out from the WiFi router itself. Also many light bulbs were out in dining and bathrooms so needs so maintenance on minor things.

Positive: The location is excellent. Close to amenities. We bought a new home in the Villages recently and used rental property as a place to stay while we inspected and reviewed our new home as we are from Ohio. The home was very neat and clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen. Nice quiet upscale very safe location in The Villages. Great for either short stays or longer term stays.

Negative: The home has two bedrooms so if you have more than two or three persons a bit small.

Negative: Mattresses were not very comfortable. Toaster, cooking utensils and pots and pans were not very good. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Outdoor seating only had 2 chairs. No lanai. House was overpriced.

Positive: very efficient. so many supplies which made it easy. bed was super comfortable

Negative: some things needed fixing. guest bath shelf unit not secured to wall. front door made a dent in wall - needs patch and bumper on the door protector. some painting needed in bath and other areas showing wear. the feather pillows on couch were the worst - shedding and pricking out of the pillows
