Positive: Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean and has everything you might need. The communication was fast, friendly and efficient Waking up from birds singing in the trees right outside gave me a feeling of staying in a resort, which is amazing, considering you're actually in the centre of Dubai, only few minutes ride from its iconic spots. There is a good swimming pool and a gym in the yard.

Negative: I liked everything. Just keep in mind, you need a car to fully enjoy living in this lovely area. The building is a bit old by Dubai standards but the apartment has been fully renovated.
