Summary: The home and host were everything I could have asked for and I immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. I highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

Summary: When trying to communicate with the host, there was no way to reach the owner. It was challenging to achieve effective communication, as all communication was done through a third-party corporate management company, most of which required communicating through emails and not directly with a live agent. There was no way to reach a property owner. Using the only available means of communication, I did not receive a response or follow-up communication. I never received welcome information or instructions for the property. No one contacted me when I expressed difficulties with the booking. There was no communication, only a generated response with the promise of contact that never occurred. Over the course of two weeks, I emailed several times and called multiple times. I finally reached a live agent and was informed that in fact, no one had responded to me. Really!? My main issue with this property listing is that it appeared that I was renting from a local couple, who were neighbors of my family in Cockeysville, but that is NOT the case. It is a corporate management company that is impersonal and detached, and whose fees were as much as the rental itself. I literally was just a number and apparently one unworthy of responding to. Big disappointment.
