Summary: David was very easy to communicate with and such a conscientious host! We arrived and the lockbox didn't work - he was over in less than 10 minutes to help us get in. Fully stocked kitchen with -two- coffee makers, sugar and spices in the cabinets, and coffee pods as well as creamers and fixings easily accessible. Getting an entire house for the price of a hotel room was a steal. We will be staying here if it's available on our next trip to Mesa Verde.

Summary: The house looks great from the street. Loved the garage access - made it easy to load and unload the car. The house was very spacious with his and her bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with a pull out couch if needed. The grill had propane so we enjoyed some steaks. Owner provided regular coffee k cups but we missed decaf option. Nice big fridge and freezer. Owner was very responsive when the modem went out. The cleaning was a bit lacking. I found trash on the bathroom floor, the trash can in the kitchen had no bag. The yard was off putting with a broken trampoline and an unmowed/cared for lawn.

Summary: The house was perfect! It was clean and spacious. It is close to Mesa Verde National Park and a great place to stay after a day of exploring the cliff dwellings. The host was very helpful and even texted to let us know we could see the Northern Lights if we looked to the northeast!
