Positive: Really nice apartment, its got everything you need. The area is within 30 min walk from the city centre and otherwise 5 min to the metro. The hosts were good at communicating with us and we enjoyed our stay a lot! Don't let any bad rumors of the neighborhood scare you, we walked home 3 nights in a row and did not experience anything unpleasant.

Positive: It is pretty close to the city center and the manager was nice.

Negative: The cleaning of the apartment wasn't the best, it was cleaned fast, and it needs a deep cleaning. The Wi-Fi in the apartment is TERRIBLE, don't expect to be able to use it to work. When I told the manager, she gave me another Wi-Fi password, but it never worked, and she didn't get back to me. Getting into the apartment is weird, the entrance is a bit scaring and the stairs that get you to the third floor are narrow and a bit scary.

Positive: - Well equipped kitchen (plenty of kitchenware), some spices, cooking oil, tea - Washing machine (no laundry detergent) - There are bus and metro on ~15 min walking distance - Ana, the woman I communicated with was polite

Negative: - The apartment was not cleaned for what is looked long time. I messaged the owner about stained fridge and spider webs in all corners, and she offered to come clean them the next day (after we already got our stuff in and booked a day trip), but overall the whole apartment had a lot of dust a stains in the bathroom and other places. It requires a proper deep cleaning, not just passing while we’re already there - The house rules include taking your shoes off before entering the apartment. But there are no slippers, and the floor is not really clean, there is no carpet or towel in front of the shower - No shower gel is provided, only soap which was used by the previous guests so it had some hair on it. Although it’s not necessary, keep it in mind when packing - The water was only mildly-warm, not hot enough for proper pleasant shower - Wifi connection was extremely unstable. Most of the times I was forced to use my mobile data even for messaging. We’ve tried restarting the router but resulted with no improvements. When we’ve checked-in the router was turned off from electricity, and there was a bit of delay in response from the owners, but we’ve managed to figure it out on ourselves quickly - As some of the previous guests have written, the stairs in the hallway are very narrow. We had just backpacks but it would be extremely difficult or impossible to climb 4th floor with a suitcase. And it’s not very well lit

Positive: Very comfortable apartment, good connection to the city center.

Negative: The apartment is not in the center, and the entrance is really uncomfortable. It can feel a bit unsafe since it‘s not well lit. I would not recommend it for solo travelers.
