Positive: Great hosts - pro-active, informative, and fast to react. Clear instructions for parking and for the stay.

Negative: The flat is very small for a family of 5. The main issue was that it was in a landing corridor of a small but surprisingly busy Lisbon airport. And if the plane is not landing, there is quite a noise from the street.

Positive: The apartment was cute and clean. The kitchen had the basics and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is easy to get to from the main roads and highways and is not in a highly congested area.

Negative: If you are planning to come in the heat of the summer I do not recommend this apartment. It became a sauna inside. There were two fans but these were good only if they were directly pointed on you. The heat in the upper bunks was unbearable so we ended up taking the mattresses down and laying them on the floor in the dining area. It was a tight squeeze, but we could breathe with the window fully open. This let the mosquitos in, but I can deal with a few bites. I would not recommend the apartment for more than 4 people. There are 4 chairs in the dining area and the living room better sits 4. The planes fly low over the apartment which is also something to consider if you don’t deal well with the heat, need the windows open and don’t want constant loud noise.

Negative: The flat was fully equipped, the hosts were responsive and fast with answers to our questions, there's a big and good supermarket within 3 min walking distance, and it is close to the train and bus station. The only thing is that it wasn't "quiet" at all. The flat was under the route of the planes descending for landing at the local airport, which was loud...but other than that, the flat was good.

Negative: There was no key for the back door so if there had been a fire, we wouldn’t have been able to use the fire escape.
