Positive: The apartment was a very nice one and good location

Negative: Need a microwave and the apartment is on the top floor they should say this in the ads.

Summary: Very good one but for the apartment I think the value was very expensive should say 450 my opinion.

Positive: Apartment very close to the station and 15 minutes walk from Cork city centre. Really comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary equipment for living and cooking. Nice and renovated apartment, much more modern and comfortable than the classic Irish apartments which are still a little old. I appreciated that there was no carpet but a nice laminate parquet. Owners very courteous and helpful

Negative: The only two things that didn't leave me thrilled are two small but important things. The first was the two blue velvet pillows on the bed which had some very ambiguous white stains, as a man I think they were the residue of a night of sex 😅 the second was the small cooking pan completely worn on the bottom and very dangerous because it is carcinogenic. The power sockets were far from the head of the bed but this is not a major flaw
