Summary: Great location. House looks just like the pictures. Host responsive to questions. Only minor drawback is basement is just over 6 ft and shower is barely that. Minor inconvenience though ! Great spot for getting around St John's. Very quiet. Miconvethough!thougj!barely. A bit squishy for tall folks.

Summary: I don’t think I can put into words how lovely this house is. We stayed for a week, it has all of the conveniences and some extras including a lovely hot tub. We can’t wait to book again in a year or two. Annette, thank you for the lovey accommodations and we look forward to staying here again.

Summary: This property and stay was an easy five stars. The house is very nicely updated and decorated. Parking is a huge plus in the Quidi Vidi area which is a great location for a stay in St. John's. Annette has done a great job at outfitting the property and amenities available in the home. St. John's summers can get warm, and the AC unit really helps us sleep on warm evenings. My son commented to me, "Dad, this is likely the best rental we've stayed at to date". I'd easily rent again in the immediate area and this particular property.

Summary: We loved our stay at Quayside! Annette and Marc were so attentive and the place was beautifully designed and decorated. I appreciated all the artistic touches. Hot tub was a nice bonus. We will definitely be back!
