Summary: Modern, clean and tidy rooms. On a free bus route so very easy to get into CBD. A bit of a hike to shops for supplies if self-catering though. Lovely view across to Kings Park. Safe feeling neighbourhood. All in all a good experience and value for money.

Summary: We have stayed at this quest a number of times over the years, the location is very handy, limited car parking, is better now the council uses an app for parking so you dont have to fun out at 8am to feed a parking meter.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay, in large part because I was able to secure a room on a high floor, where the view over the park is spectacular. The rooms on the lower floors are a bit noisier and do not have such great views. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the neighborhood was lovely. I will definitely book here when I next return to Perth.
