Positive: Great location, half an hour walk from the CBD (with quicker public transport options) and near a buzzy neighborhood with lots of food and drink options. Good facilities in the apartment, including lots of kitchen equipment.

Negative: Parts of the apartment are a little dated, but it didn't cause any issues.

Negative: The room had a particular smell that I couldn’t get rid off even if the window was open. I would stay again just not number 5.

Negative: On one night there was heavy banging on the door, feels like someone drunk, maybe neighbor maybe someone from the street. There was no guide to use the gas oven.

Positive: Clean, good airconditioning. About 2km walk to nice restaurants. On site parking.

Negative: Slightly far from everything. Be prepared to walk at least 2kms for food or beverage. To get to the CBD you have to walk under a highway. Apartment feels extremely outdated, old bathroom and kitchen. Cheap mini TV that barely works and Wi-Fi is extremely slow (be wary if required to work from the room at all). No dryer - a mini washing line is provided but the apartment only gets 1 hour of sun through a window (which stares at a brick wall), no balcony. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash is provided. Washing powder provided in a Tupperware container. Also, facility is basically self service. You won’t see any staff but there’s warnings all over the apartment about check out procedures and apartment rules to save the owner money at the inconvenience of the tenant (“don’t change the temperature on aircon”, “all rubbish must be taken on departure”, “turn off all appliances at the wall”, “key to be dropped in box or you will be charged” etc). It’s okay but I wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than 1 night and the lower quality of the property is not actively reflected in the price in my opinion.

Positive: Was a good location and an overall average apartment

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was just springs and wasn't a proper mattress, so that was odd. The tv was regular with restricted wifi, so we couldn't watch what we would have liked
