Summary: Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived.. ( Vanity bench top & floor) Very noisy on Friday night, doors banging. Interconnecting door showed light from other room. No lift. No designated parking.

Summary: Staff were proactive and helpful. I recieved an email stating that Reception staff trying to alert me to the front desk closing at 2100 (I hadn't yet arrived), which I wasn't aware of from the preliminary information. Also, the hot water in the top floor apartment was just a trickle. I was moved to a higher grade apartment (ground floor) at no extra cost, but the hot water flow was still particularly strong. I suspect this is probably common to the whole establishment.

Summary: Hotel needs an upgrade. Physical keys needed to access the entry and room. Couch in the living room was in a very poor condition. Water pressure in the shower was bad. We got woken up by a couple fighting in front of their daughter outside at 3am, not what I expected from a Quest and the money I paid for the hotel.
