Summary: Large 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen & washer & dryer was perfect for our stay. Location in Alice is okay & there was secure parking. Unfortunately Alice is not always the safest location to stay but we did feel safe

Summary: Very well equipped apartment, especially liked having washer and dryer in room. Needs a few more kitchen tools, like paring knife, etc. Two knives were provided but were too large and not sharp. Providing items like salt and pepper would be appreciated. Parking lot was crowded, difficult to maneuver, and pool is too small and not very nice - filter is not run continuously so debris floating on top of water was a problem.
