Positive: What a unique place to stay when visiting Alice Springs, Margaret & Alf are so welcoming hosts! Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and more a la carte than what a 5* hotel offers. In addition the B&B is located in a very safe neighborhood, which might not be the case for every accomodation in Alice Springs.

Summary: What a unique place to stay when visiting Alice Springs, we really loved it!

Positive: Comfortable bed. Dogs allowed to stay.

Negative: Not a fenced property with secure off street parking. Owner moved her car to let us off the street but then couldn’t close the gates. Side gate not lockable. Level of security in Alice Springs not comfortable for us personally, given the town (which we love) has highest crime rate in Australia.

Positive: Our hosts Margaret and Alf were wonderful and very helpful. Home cooked breakfast was great. Coffee was superb. Margaret went out of her way to assure we had everything we needed.

Negative: There was an unpleasant scent in the suite we stayed in.
