Summary: Was a cheap night for a nearby event. Broken bathroom window that didn’t close so had to keep that door shut to keep the room warm.

Summary: room was ok it did the job. Could be a bit cleaner and a bit better kept as there was a few areas that could do with repair. but other than that it was a good stay.

Summary: This is a very good wee place, very clean a great stopover and very reasonably priced. However I have a few picking points the window is broken and that ment two things one it was bloody freezing in the room and letting in a lot of noise from outside. Oh and I only had a few hours sleep and the owner woke me with a phone call, I did see the funny side

Summary: We paid way too much for what we got. Rooms are tiny, mattress aren’t comfortable, pillows are worse then flat hospital pillows. Shower barely has enough room to turn around and leaks all over floor, grouting is coming off, not enough room in sink to wash hands. No staff available for questions, only someone there that had to phone staff to ask questions. Only good part was it is close to train line or bus into Edinburgh and less traffic at night then staying in Edinburgh would have had. Don’t get me started on the lack of space to put your clothing or suitcase, the fact the tv doesn’t work or the fact that the walls were papering and we could hear the people’s conversation in the next rooms or the family struggling to unlock their room t midnight while we were trying to sleep. Save your money, stay somewhere else.
