Summary: Booker beware. I shouldn’t have expected what I did for this property given the rating and the price. However despite stating online check in is until 6am with a 24 hour front desk it was a hassle (30 min delay) when arriving at 2am despite having given them warning. Not great when you have a job interview at 11am needed as much sleep as possible. Walls are paper thin so expect to hear everybody in the corridor. Door to room stops 1cm from the floor with no sealing so gives a feeling of insecurity. Door locks replaced multiple times (some look with force) and as such current locks not fitting the door entirely once again letting light / sound through. Wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: They stopped serving breakfast more than one hour before the time it was supposed to be served. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the breakfast. So, it was a bad experience. I wouldn’t stay there again

Summary: Stayed here for two nights to visit Edinburgh, good transport links and near to a tesco. Very friendly welcome, clean and comfortable. Free parking and a continental breakfast.

Summary: Property was nice. Bed was a bit lumpy and breakfast could have had more variety. Dining room table really needed to be cleaned daily. But it was safe, queit and a great location for my trip. The front deesk man was always kind and helpful.
