Adjoining the owner's Victorian detached house this self contained 2 bedroom annexed cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped to sleep up 3 guests. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with access to the garden and upstairs are a double and single bedroom and bathroom. Both beds have feather duvets and pillows and most of the linen is Egyptian cotton. Towels are also supplied. Situated within walking distance of the centre of the village and on a main bus route, Queensbury Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore the Island.

Summary: Queensbury Lodge was a lovely find on the website. Beautifully clean and very friendly hosts. A great base to travel around the Island. We has a truly lovely week.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Queensbury Lodge. Sharon and Roy are very helpful and accommodating even helping to fix a puncture on my son’s bike. The property is in a perfect location and we enjoyed several of the local beaches and harbours as well as the Model Village which is within walking distance. We also joined the Red Squirrel trail on our bikes at Godshill and cycled a 17 mile route stopping at Shanklin and Sandown beaches. The accommodation is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a family that requires access to film’s etc or watching tv in bed there is no Netflix’s or anything similar and there is only one TV in the lounge downstairs. This was perfectly ok for us but may not suit all. Also the WiFi throws you off every time you leave the property which can be a little frustrating when you want to look up local information/attraction details. Overall we had a very lovely stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Summary: Queensbury lodge was very clean and well equipped for our stay. It was als8in a good central location for getting around the island. The lodge is very close to Godshill which is 8very quaint village with tea rooms, pubs and a mixture of gift shops.

Summary: Nice and central for several of the larger towns. Good bus service to Newport, Ryde, Sandown &Shanklin. Accommodation very clean and well equipped. Our hosts were nice and friendly. Would stay here again if visiting.

Summary: Very welcoming owners, spotless accommodation, perfect for two adults but would be a squeeze if more than 3 people. We were very comfortable here. Village quaint and great food in the pubs.

Summary: The owners, Sharon and Roy, are the most helpful friendly people we have ever rented from. The house is exactly as you see in the photos - it is that clean and lovely. It had everything we wanted and it all worked well and was comfortable. The location is ideal to explore all over the island. We would love to stay here again in the future.
