Summary: The room is overall good with this over 100 year old building. Some might needed be maintained. But I am happy with the hotel and staff services. I will definitely staying here again.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful, we were lucky enough to have one of the newly renovated rooms at the hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating and the hotel is very centrally located - easy walk to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, eateries and shops.

Summary: The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep.

Summary: You must read-up on what to expect at the queen’s hotel. It may or may not be for you. It feels like stepping back in time. The place is a little shabby in places but if you want to have that feeling of living a bit of history it delivers. It’s an excellent location and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool offers a break from the noise of town and just generally- bring your ear plugs! We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: They went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs. If you’re traveling in the area, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff is incredibly warm and accommodating, making your stay truly enjoyable. Everything about my experience was exceptional.

Summary: We like the charm of old colonial hotels and would recommend it because of the great location but you should no that a lot of things don't always work. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I saw the one room that has been renovated and it aas very nice with modern bathroom and still the room with colonial style.

Summary: Lovely historic hotel, yet sadly long overdue for a major renovation. Upgraded to a suite (thank-you), yet broken air conditioner that staff tried to fix with a broomstick/leaking ceilings in various rooms (dangerous on floorboards)/light bulbs broken & not replaced/dangerous electrical PowerPoints/shower mechanism broken & fell Off & hot water tap itself overheats & liable to burn. In a positive, bed & pillows comfortable, pool fantastic & staff very helpful. Particularly the Manager/CEO Mr Kumar.
