Summary: The only problem we had was with the hot water system storage was presumably a long way from the unit as it took too long for hot water to reach taps, also plug in hand basin leaked water to leak out too fast to be acceptable

Summary: Stayed four nights, comfortable and clean. Handy area , close to shops, laundromat etc. Staff were accomodating and friendly.

Summary: Although the propery is an older building but the room is very clean and tidy. The location is good and the staff are very informative and helpful. They pay attention to our request for a ground floor room because of our age and we feel welcomed when we checked in.

Summary: Room was as minimal as it gets. Has everything you need, kettle, toaster, bed, shower. But as for a family of 4, it was very crowded. Very noisy, and could hear the shower and toilet running from the room next door, which interfered with our sleep.

Summary: Great place to stay as a stopover or to spend time in the ACT. Clean, comfortable rooms in a central location. Perfect if travelling with a dog.

Summary: We would advise against staying in this motel. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, the bathroom more than acceptable, so what was the problem? The problem was that on two successive nights, itinerant workers with Utes pulled up and basically made a lot of noise late into the night. The first group was only 2, but they made up for their small number by using a lot of bad language and raised voices until almost 11. The next night, a group of at least 8 pulled up and these guys were loud until midnight. I spoke to the manager about this at 5pm when we got back to the motel, and I thought he would take care of it, but he obviously couldn’t. We think that this place is on the “list” for these types of workers staying over in Queanbeyan. They know that there aren’t really any behavioral rules in this place. Staff goes home at 8 and could care less about the noise factor. I asked the second group at 10 to please keep it down, people (like us) were trying to sleep. They agreed to do so, but the loud talking continued as before. The bottom line: If you want a good night’s sleep, avoid this place as the next group of Ute driving workers is on the way to destroy the peace!
