Positive: The property was well stocked. They were even so kind to leave behind a few staples (eg, rice, salt and pepper, sugar etc).
Negative: The bathroom has a missing shower screen which makes the bathroom messy once it has been showered in. Also the floor boards were creaky which made it difficult if you were trying to be quiet whilst going to the toilet at night.

Positive: The property is very good considering the price. It’s clean and well located. The beds are comfortable.
Negative: The bathroom is not great. The shower screen is missing which means water splashes onto the toilet (and toilet roll if you don’t move it first). The floor boards creak very loudly which is disturbing if people have to get up in the night.
Summary: Nice property which was very adequate considering the price, as long as you know what to expect.

Positive: A wonderful old warm welcoming house to stay in. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, light and airy with heaters. Heaters in lounge room and kitchen. Lovely lounge room with Netflix, comfortable couches, heaps of room, adjacent dining room with table. Kitchen is nice and big and has everything you need (some curtains on window would be nice though). Great location - 5 minute drive to shops, etc. Good supply of towels, toilet paper, hand wash.
Negative: The key wouldnt open the front door but we were able to get in around the back. No shower screen on one side so toilet and floor would get wet. Family photos around the house arent necessary for guests to see and weird pink dog statue with a lead on it. No proper back door allowing draughts in - the lockable security screen door was adequate. Second toilet near back door is a bit broken. Needs a couple of spare blankets. These issues are only minor though and would definitely come again.
Summary: Would come again - great house and location - only a few minor issues as described.
