Negative: Dealing with your management company, Pass The Keys, was the most stressful, frustrating experience of the whole of 2024 ! I will be contacting you direct as an official complaint. I have made the owners of the property aware of the terrible service received at the hands of PassTheKeys. Suffice to say that if we make any future arrangements with Booking.Com that has PassTheKeys as an attachment, we will NEVER use them again.
