A beautiful high quality, well equipped villa located 12 minutes from the airport and moments from the picturesque harbour of Calas Fonts, close to the sea with magnificent views over Mahon harbour.

Completely refurbished to a very high standard with air conditioning in all bedrooms, the villa is distributed on two levels. The upper floor has a well equipped kitchen with all modern cooking facilities and a large Island workstation with seating. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe with full length mirror, chest of drawers and bedside tables, full en-suite bathroom and a bunk bed room incorporating a small office space. The lounge / dining room has 2 four seater sofas and dining table with a streaming TV & DVD player, leading to a large sun terrace with awnings, a large outdoor table and spectacular views over the harbour entrance of Mahon where you can bask in the warmth of the mediterranean sun while watching the boats and cruise liners pass by.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room and there are two twin bedrooms overlooking the pool area. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and a full length mirror. There is a stylish lounge area, leading out to the pool with TV and DVD player and an extensive supply of dvd's and books for your enjoyment. There is an additional shower room and a further cloakroom on this floor.

The villa is enclosed and gated from the road with a driveway for 2 cars. The rear gardens are private and secure with a good size private swimming pool, pool shower and plenty of poolside furniture. There is also an outdoor storage box where previous guests often leave pool inflatables, floats and balls for your enjoyment. An exterior kitchen with BBQ and fridge freezer is ideal for al fresco dining.

Summary: We stayed at Casa Blanca Villa for three weeks as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. The most beautiful villa only 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, town and harbour. A wonderful experience and everything was pretty much perfect. We are familiar with the town having stayed over the years on numerous occasions but this was really a bucket list experience.The first 11 days was totally chilled with just my wife and I and then the children/grandchild descended and we had a family gathering which was just great. The villa is really well equipped and the views lovely. The pool is really private and the town and harbour are in my opinion the loveliest destination ever. A holiday to remember so thank you Fran and John.

Summary: Having stayed at the villa in 2020 it was lovely to return and enjoy such a great property once again. The photos really don’t do this villa justice and it has everything you need to have a holiday in Es Castell. As a family we have always stayed in villas and there have been few that compared to this villa. We would highly recommend.

Summary: This villa a absolutely lovely!! It’s a real home from home (actually, better!!) with everything that you need for a lovely relaxing holiday both inside and out including fantastic sea views. The pool area, outdoor kitchen/dining area and the terrace were all fantastic and, very well maintained. Inside, the kitchen, lounge, dining area and bedrooms were all very well equipped and, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a real bonus. We love Es Castell and this villa is perfectly located in a quiet residential area and very close to Callas Fonts. We had a couple of ‘issues’ whilst we were there but these were sorted very promptly with very good communication with the owners and the managing agent so, these did not inconvenience us or spoil our holiday. We would definitely rent this property again for a family holiday - many thanks to Fran and John

Summary: We did enjoy Casa Blanca location in Es Castell , pool and house. The sea view from the terasse is very good, the kitchen area is really nice, well refurbished and spacious. many bathrooms all refurbished and very clean. The bedding to be renewed in some rooms, but all in all nice house in a nice location.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic two weeks away at La Casa Blanca. Beautiful villa packed with everything you and your family/friends will need for a relaxing stay. Lovely quiet location, but only a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Es Castell.

Summary: Against all odds we managed a holiday this year. We weren’t sure if we would be able to go and right up until a couple of weeks before our flights there was still doubts we would go. We were lucky, and Fran couldn’t have been more accommodating in terms of keeping us up to date with what would happen if we managed to get to Menorca. Because of this contact we were given the confidence to wait it out. We couldn’t have been more pleased that we managed to go on holiday. The villa is exactly as the pictures show and you will definitely enjoy a holiday here. The villa is very well equipped with a wonderful terrace. The pool and outside area are exactly what you need for a relaxing holiday. A short walk and you can visit Cala Fonts. We have holidayed in Menorca for many years and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in!! Thank you for everything.

Summary: Such a homely villa in an ideal location. The port is less than a 5 minute walk away which is beautiful day and night. Such a clean, well kept, well presented villa which instantly makes you feel at home! The pool area is relaxing and the outside fridge and bar area makes it even more appealing! Convenience for relaxation come to mind when staying here! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Have just returned from our third holiday at this villa, and hope to have more. It doesn't feel like a holiday home, have always felt very comfortable there. Its hard to tear yourself away from the upstairs terrace with the views of the cruise ships and luxury yachts coming into the harbour. Supermarket and bars , restaurants are only a short walk away. But the villa is in a quiet residential part of town. Have been to menorca 20 times now and have stayed in a variety of apartments and villas and this has been the best, hence 3 visits. And Fran has always been a delight to deal with.
