Summary: No one ever came to the room to make beds or even fill up the toilet paper,had to go to the front desk for more toilet. Walked in the room big hole in the wall behind the door. Very noisy at all times of the night past 10pm even tho it was supposed to be quiet hours 10pm-6am, the noise rule needs to be more strict no workers ever roamed the floors to ensure the noise was to a minimum.

Summary: Room wasn’t ready by 3pm Kids running the hall . Keys didn’t work . Vending machine not keeping things cold . Slow elevator . Staff is super nice though !!! We’d give them a second try

Summary: The mattress, sheets and pillows made for a perfect night of rest and relaxation. Room was clean but housekeeping missed replacing the soap and one basket of garbage. Both were quickly resolved. Definitely recommend.

Summary: The room was clean & the hotel looked newly updated. Our shower head battereies were dead but theybfixed it within a few hours.
