Positive: The location was exactly what we needed.

Negative: The room was old and not clean, the plugs were not functional...shower was still dirty, room had not been dusted, the safe didn't work, the bed was caved in which made us roll to the center. The main spaces were cared for but the rooms were not worth the high nightly cost.

Summary: Wouldn't spend the money to stay here again.

Negative: Charging for breakfast when not eating there, and making up excuses that it was charged on accident the next day angered me. Got my money back, but assuming you ate and charging is not how it should be. They never even asked if we ate there when checking out, just charged us after we already checked out. I won't ever go to a Hyatt again because I don't trust them.

Summary: Check your bank account after leaving here if you didn't eat their breakfast.

Positive: Extra cost for standard hotel breakfast. Was not worth the extra 13 dollars each.

Negative: The whole town was one giant tourist trap. Everything cost extra.
