Positive: Facilities were clean. Building is old and could use some upgrades. Staff was very helpful and informative. Parking was great! Front desk person was helpful when the HVAC unit in our assigned room did not work. He immediately moved us to a different room and the unit worked just fine.

Negative: Hot breakfast was advertised, however, everything was grab-n-go or microwavable due to not having a sink in the room where the room was served. This was disappointing, but staff said that they are working to resolve this situation soon.
