Positive: The breakfast was great. I preferred the Keurig coffee pods in the room to the coffee served at breakfast and in the lobby. I appreciated the gluten free cereal. The staff was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room kept us warm enough despite the cold weather.

Negative: The pool was so cold. The fitness center could benefit from a fan.

Negative: I didn’t like the staff to tell me that because I booked from 3rd party - it was cheap, there is nothing he could do for me. The issue - I was placed on a different floor with my children. It made sense for him, I am travelling with 6, 8 years old and it okay we are on different floors. That was very upsetting after a long drive

Positive: The location was good, the room was clean.

Negative: The television was not accessible in any way to be used via an HDMI cable so that I could use the TV as a monitor for my own entertainment source. It's the only room I have stayed in for the last 5 years that imposes such restrictions. This was not acceptable to me in any way.
