Summary: Lots of construction, disappointing about room service only if requested. We were only staying overnight so a moot point. Breakfast offerings were very nice!!

Summary: This is a very well done refurb. Clean and with unlimited coffee. Nice linen and complimentaries. Staff friendly and helpful. Breatkfast plenty with lots of choice. Well presented clean and tidy. Perfect to the old city historic sites Bed a little high and I had to unplug fridge and microwave etc as too much light and noise when trying to get to sleep. The air conditioner was fairly modern and did a good job but I had to switch it off to sleep The main problem was noise bleed from the hall way which was excruciating when a family with a baby was put in the room on the opposite side of the corridor. 4 hours of high pitched and screaming hell to the point that I had to complain 2x to reception. Unfortunately that made me review my original.assessment and I would probably not stay there again.

Summary: The facility is rundown, outdated, shower does not work right (barley any water comes out of the shower head) & mattress is the worst. There was hardly any guest at the hotel, and I asked to make sure they give me a good room and they gave me the poorest quality room in the inventory. The door handle came off and getting stick trying to leave the room. My wife went down to get breakfast, and it was sad state of affair to say the least. I brought these issues to the GM attention, and she discounted them because they won some award years ago. It was falling on deaf ears. They need to make this right!!

Summary: A wonderful find in Quincy! Friendly staff from the minute I walked in the door happily accommodated my request for a late check in. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was great and the attendant was very friendly and obviously focused on making sure all guests had the best experience. Would definitely return.

Summary: Very conveniently located to Oakley Lindsey Center and the Town Square. Can run over to Missouri as well. Bed pillows and linens great. Breakfast has lots of choices but it was barely warm so that needs some adjusting. I prefer to have my room tidied up daily but this trip they did not. The staff is super!!! Friendly and helpful. I will stay again.
