Summary: STAFF WAS GREAT. ROOM SMELLED MUSTY. LAMP ON DESK DIDN'T WORK . HAD TO MAKE COFFEE IN BATHROOM BECAUSE OUTLET IN ROOM DIDN'T WORK. ONLY ONE PHONE CHARGER AND IT DIDN'T WORK. COMMODE SEAT NEEDS REPLACED. VENT ON THE WALL IN THE BATHROOM WAS HANGING DOWN. SORRY BUT WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Summary: Check-in staff were not overly pleasant. Room was horrible! Heater cycled loudly every few minutes. Bed support frame broken. Sink and toilet both very slow draining/clogged. Toilet seat stained, cracked, cigarette burns. Shower controls with, water pressure poor. TV reception bad, no local channels? Clock, lamp by bed didn't work. Desk lamp shocked me every time I touched the base. Breakfast not good. Coffee was horrible.

Summary: Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean. Beds where comfortable. Was able to get a good night's rest. Did have a broken picture still hanging on the wall and a broken lamp shade in the room when we got there but over all a very nice place to stay

Summary: The rooms needed work. Shower didn’t work the greatest, had to be move to a different room due to heater not working, drawer was broken , lamps barely worked. Had to do a once over before we used the bathroom

Summary: Had to change rooms 4 times. Staff acted like it was just another typical day. Would not give me a copy of the papers I signed.

Summary: The room was not clean. It was disgusting. The walls were gross. They had marks all over them that looked like smeared bodily fluids. The ceiling was actually falling with stains and broken patches that looked like pipes were burst above. Fortunately, we were only sleeping and leaving. The beds seemed clean, but my blanket was stained.
