Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10⭐️ Beds were comfy and the hot water was actually hot not lukewarm like other places we've stayed.
Negative: In need of update and repair. Paint peeling in bathtub; shower head faucet had the plate pulled away and could see hole in the wall; paint chipping/peeling in bathroom; weird orange color spots on bathroom wall near vanity, reminded me of grease spots in a kitchen; among other similar maintenance issues. Elevator sounded a little iffy when it reaches the 3rd floor. Unlike other reviews did not see any pests or bug issues. Place was clean, just in need of an update.
