Summary: Check in service was great, very friendly. Room was dated, no hot water at 4am when I had to get up. Air conditioning was so loud and went off and on every few minutes. Tried to open window instead but traffic noise was worse. Went to breakfast at 6, it had just been put in warmers and was cold. Check out staff was busy playing a game on their phone and I waited to be noticed.

Summary: At check in the front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, fresh and well kept up. I was concerned as some past reviews mentioned a smoky smell, but there was none. Would stay there again.
