Positive: Initially, I had paid via credit card, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff members informed me that my payment had been canceled. Therefore, I had to pay again at the reception. The manager said that my money should be refunded, but it didn't happen. Please check the status of my payment and refund my money.

Positive: The only thing I like about the property is that it was super close to where I needed to be.

Negative: It was not clean. The staff didn’t check the fridge before we can in and there was left over food. The bathroom was also not clean and the towels smelled like someone left them in the washer too long before putting them in the dryer.
