Summary: Great overnight stay in Pratt. Samatha the afternoon front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. King size room was spacious and clean. Would stay at this hotel again.

Summary: I’ve watched this hotel steadily downgrade. Besides the two days a week room cleaning unless you ask (as posted by paper signs on the walls) my check in was with someone clueless and i was told i needed to come back later to finish. My room key needed to be activated every day. One day there was no machine to do it. My fridge had leftover food from June (it’s Oct). My shower has film so thick on the door it’s frosted half way up. The wall paper is peeling the carpet tiles are rolling at the edges, the elevator door has profanity carved into it, the front desk people are always in the parking lot (in their shorts and t-shirt making them unidentifiable). I have been here 20 times and filled rooms with other guests. No more. Used to be the best in Pratt, it’s far from it now. Sad to see.

Summary: Everything was clean, staff was great, easy parking. Three stars because the mattress was so hard I couldn't sleep!

Summary: Hotel is clean , carpets a little tattered but fine. Two problems, one is the room advertised as two-bed suite really is one room with one bed and a pullout couch. Not two beds and not a suite , no dividers. Helpful staff moved us to a two queen bed room but it was much smaller. Room had no bath linens but the front desk service apologetically gave us a a whole stack of towels. Biggest disappointment was that the room really wasn’t what the description implied, I felt deceived.

Summary: Well we had a pull out bed and asked for linens that they said would be delivered but never received and had to ask again the next day. We also had to ask for more towels. I have had more stays where we didn’t have to ask for more towels the second day just thought it was normal to tidy the room and get fresh towels. Breakfast was Mehhh…

Summary: Everything overall was great. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The shower could be a little better. The shower head needs to be updated so it is not spraying all overbut other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: Our room , was nice & clean; we brought our miniature schnauzer with us and were given the perfect room on first floor close to side entrance (making it super easy to take the dog out). The hotel is quiet and sets back from main road with lots of green space to walk the dog. Staff (Tray) provided excellent service; we found him to be very helpful and kind. Thank you, for a great stay!!
