Summary: No ice, no coffee. Our room seemed cleaner than most of the property.

Summary: The light switch as you enter room #203 needs to be fixed. It worked about half the time that you tried to use it. It was not a very good first impression.

Summary: It makes me sad to say this because I have stayed at this hotel for years and never had a problem. However, after this experience I will not in the future. Front desk help could not have been any more annoyed by my checking in, room was dirty, hair on the shower curtain, dead bugs on the floor, stained sheets, it was not a relaxing experience. Unfortunately this hotel has really gone down hill and even with the low cost isn’t worth it to me moving forward. I used to consider this my hidden gem in Pratt but after this experience I just won’t do it again.

Summary: Place was very dated, the night clerk wasn't very friendly. Rooms are defiantly not sound proof

Summary: If you are staying more then a day they don't come in a clean room and they only gave enough towels for one day there was two of us staying
