Summary: When we checked in they gave us one key, it had worked for the day we checked in and then stopped working the following day. It was fixed after going to the front desk, and they reprogrammed two new keys for us. Though this hotel had good reviews when we first checked into our hotel, the room gave us had an unsettling feeling. It was clean, but the carpet was ripped up by the desk and the window was open. We couldn’t pinpoint why it was disturbing, but the first night we stayed there we could barely sleep. We ended up checking out a night early because of the growing uncertainty that we had about that room.

Summary: We were happy with our room and ease of check in and check out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was great. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Much better experience than we were expecting.

Summary: Good basic hotel. The building and rooms are a little run down but everything was clean. Note that there is no elevator so be sure to note in your reservation if you need a first floor room specifically. Breakfast was disappointing, the "hot" items were microwaved eggs and sausage. But the staff was very nice and the airport shuttle is a plus.

Summary: ***When reading this review, please understand that I'm not a cranky "Karen" who likes to nit-pick. I'm a middle-aged blue-collar man who has stayed everywhere from the cheapest dive to the Waldorf. This is just an honest assessment based on experience.*** The facility as a whole is in run-down condition. The room smells, the toilet seat was broken, the shower wasn't particulary clean. The beds did have clean sheets and the floor had been vacuumed, but the remainder of things you would want to see attended to were not. The breakfast buffet was under stocked and no batter for the waffle iron. We were only in town for one night and just needed a place to crash after a concert. It served it's purpose, but it is in a bit of what I'd call a sketchy area and would not want to stay here with children. If you are looking for something "nice", this ain't it. I won't outright call it a dump (I have stayed in worse), but it's barely a step above a dump. The staff was courteous and expressed willingness to help if needed. That's the only reason I don't rate it as a flea bag inn. It'll do for a night for someone who just needs to sleep, but it's no more than that and that seems to be all they are interested in catering to.

Summary: The room was very dated. The bathtub was broken and old. There were cracks in the fiberglass and every time I stepped in I worried that the bottom of the tub would break. The room had an odor and the beds were so high off the ground. I would have asked for my money back and went else where but it was a no refund.
