Negative: It had a very strong , toxic , cleaning odor that permeated the entire hotel.

Positive: The location is very convenient for me. The desk staff was caring. The airport shuttle is very convenient

Negative: The room was filthy. Black cloth particles/chunks all over floor old drink containers, old food in the fridge. It was if someone was using the room, other than the bed which was freshly made. The key card machine didn't work consistently.

Positive: Liked the room size, kitchenette & full size mirrors

Negative: We booked a room for 4 adults but the beds were doubles not quite queen size. The a/c did not effectively cool the room & was noisy. Breakfast was a disaster with no one manning the area. Seating was not optimal. Barring yoghurt & toppings the rest of the breakfast items were underwhelming. Even silverware was in short supply.

Summary: The property simply did not match expectations of a Hyatt & we regretted booking here

Negative: Weird location behind stores through potholes in parking lots, some wear and tear on the furniture, windows cloudy, television did not work.
